MASTER SCUBA DIVER
The master scuba diver rating is the highest non professional rating you can get in
diving. It denotes someone who has certification in open water, advance open water, rescue
diver, and five specialty diver courses. To become a master scuba diver all you need to do
is bring your c-cards and fill out the paperwork. Certification fee $40.00
SPECIALTY RATINGS
There are 17 PADI specialty ratings. They include deep, night, wreck, navigation, boat,
underwater photographer, cavern and many more. They require some classroom and 2 to 4
instructor supervised dives.
BECOMING A PROFESSIONAL
Here at Scubaventures we can assist you moving on into professional level training such as
divemaster or instructor.
FOR OUR COLLEGE STUDENTS
The PADI open water, advance, rescue and divemaster courses are recommended by the
American Council on Education for college credit. We will assist you in getting a
transcript from PADI to be sent to your college ( check with your college for acceptance.)
